Current update on my recovery. Two weeks post op was on Thursday and feeling almost back to normal 👌🏼 still sore at times. I have been doing 30 minutes of fasted LISS every morning just to get my body moving. Eating in a surplus⬆️ for proper muscle and surgery recovery OH! And I'm not complaining 🤣 gained a bit of fat but that happens in trying to preserve muscle. Eating 1g of protein per 1lb of body weight since surgery 👍🏼 hoping next week I can start stretching and getting my range of motion back in my upper body. Have a GREAT weekend all
