This patient is a 44 year old woman who was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts and abdominal area. She was happy with her breast size but wanted them to look more uplifted and youthful. I performed a vertical mastopexy with a minimal lollipop scar to lift the breasts out of their state of grade 2 ptotis. I also reduced the size of her areolas to be more proportionate to her breasts.
