Today we are featuring a video our lovely patient who underwent a Breast Augmentation Revision (we featured her before and after photos in yesterdays post). After undergoing 3 previous breast aug procedures with another surgeon she was left with very asymmetric breasts which when she would contract her chest muscles there was an obvious problem with the placement of her implants. To correct the problem Dr Khuthaila replaced her smooth round implants with 400cc Textured Round Moderate Plus Silicone Implants and switched the pocket from under the muscle (subpectoral) to on top of the muscle (subglandular) and revised her inframammary incision scars which were quite long. Needless to say the patient is extremely happy with her more symmetric and fuller breasts that do not animate when the muscles contract. •
