Symptomatic women are being denied proper testing. We believe it is undertested and underreported. Special testing must be done. General care doctors, ob/gyns, plastic surgeons... they all need to be aware that swelling with seroma, mass, or even capsular contracture needs to be addressed and BIA-ALCL needs to be ruled out.
