Presenting an "after" without the "before" is a valuable tool I use to evaluate my results on their OWN standing - without a bias of comparison. For slender patients like the one above, achieving a result in breast augmentation surgery that is proportional to the patient's frame presents a unique challenge. I have to balance the patient's goals for an augmented breast with the confines of her more petite anatomy. In this case, both the patient and myself were happy with where we ended!
