Dr Khuthaila removed these 19 year old Saline Implants from her patient who had 1 of the implants rupture and had developed capsular contracture on both sides. You can see from the bottom photos how the saline implants ripple like a seal shell and the difference in size and projection between the ruptured implant and the intact implant. Also check out the color of the saline which has turned yellowish brown from being exposed to bodily secretions. Needless to say the patient is thrilled these were taken out.
