Dr Khuthaila's lovely patient was unhappy with her small uneven sized breasts and the fatty armpit bulges that spilled over when she wore a bra. She was treated with a bilateral breast augmentation using Mentor Smooth Round High Profile silicone implants and bilateral liposuction of the axilla. The implants were placed under the muscle (subpectora/submuscular) though an incision under her natural breast fold (inframammary incision). A 450cc implant was placed on the right side and a 400cc implant was placed on the left side to correct the asymmetry. The 3.5cm incision was achieved by using a Keller Funnel. 80cc of fat was removed from the left axilla and 100cc of fat was removed from the right axilla. The after photos on the right were taken 4 months after her procedure. The patient was extremely happy with her quick recovery and her natural looking results.
