Today we are featuring a set of videos where Dr Khuthaila removed her amazing patient's 450cc Smooth Round High Profile Silicone Implants and replaced them with 800cc Smooth Round Ultra High Profile Silicone implants. The patient loved her first set of 450's but wanted to go much bigger. The implants were placed under the muscle through an incision under her breast fold with the use of a Keller Funnel to help ease them.
