Breast Augmentation and mastopexy. After multiple pregnancies, the breast tissue and nipple complex often descend and have a drooping appearance known as Ptosis. The breast can also become deflated. The best way to correct these changes is to perform a breast augmentation with an implant, followed by a #breastlift (#mastopexy). Many surgeons do this as 2 separate procedure but I have extensive training and have had great results performing this as a single operation.
