SALINE implants removed from a lady 10 days ago... it's a good thing women are asking to see what their implants look like upon explanting. If you have yours removed, please request pictures. These look horrible.. the dark area is the capsule. Our bodies create a capsule to protect it from the implant itself period how can that possibly be safe? Obviously having that in your body is going to make you ill.
