This 37 year old mother of 3 children was tired of her deflated breasts. She wanted to have a very gentle result that wasn't overly noticeable. I took into consideration the patient's desire and performed a breast augmentation using silicone 375cc implants placed under the muscle. This surgery was performed under general anesthesia, using a transaxillary endoscopic approach for a minimal scar.
