Melanie shares: "I did a light workout 10 days post op yesterday and guess what... I can still move today! Before explant i basically had to stop working out because it hurt too bad the rest of the week. It wasn't always just extreme, uncalled for, muscle soreness... It was an ache in my body. I'm a trainer so i assure you, I know the difference! I had saline, under the muscle for 12 years. Sick for 10ish. If you follow me you know my struggle but for those who don't, here's the gist.
