@Regrann from @mjktcook - We would like to encourage ladies to report their adverse symptoms / complications from breast implants to the FDA. There is an online form you can use. There is also a very easy app that can be used. It's called MedWatcher. This app was created as a collaboration with the FDA to make reporting easier. The Essure Problems group of 30,000+ women has been using this app and the number of reports made has grown significantly. •It's very easy to download and submit your own report. •There is also an option to edit your report once made, so don't hold off on reporting just because you are waiting to explant. •You can add items to your "watch list" to stay on top of news and reports.
•We currently have the approved US breast implants listed. I have submitted my list from our recent polls to add other brands and styles. Once those have been added, I can contact them with other brands that are still not on there. •This is very handy for clinicians to use. It's a quick reporting tool. Feel free to mention it to your own doctors to encourage more reporting practices.
