Day # 6 post breast aug - my #s have been off but today really is day 6 post surgery lol Great news is 1) no pain !! That means no pain meds that make me feel icky. 2) I cooked for my family and bathed my toddler 😊 3) it was day #1 of the #transformyou challenge and I was able to walk uphill 18 minutes and do some glute/core work . 4) my doc expects me to recovery quickly because of my health and lifestyle . Although I do feel thankful and blessed , I do not feel back to myself. With the anesthesia I was given came a black cloud and ugh it is hovering. I am not sure why but I have read this is very common! Im fighting the depression for sure. I'm thankful to be starting a new journey and excited to see what is yet to come!
