Going back to Keto tomorrow!! I have my final revision surgery on Friday. For those of you who weren't yet following me, I had some complications from my tummy tuck and breast augmentation. I've had two surgeries so far, and my final one is Friday!! 🙌🏻 One of the most crucial things I learned in this process is just how important the right nutrition is to healing. So, starting tomorrow I will be focusing on high protein/high fat/low carb. This diet also helps keep inflammation to a minimum. Here's to another great week ahead!!
