I've gotten a lot of questions recently about how I'm picking up my 13 month old girl just 2 weeks post op. This is how my plastic surgeon suggested I pick her up. Notice I'm not pulling her up with my arms but I'm using my legs to stand up with her, holding her close to my chest.

Previous: #7daysPostOp I'm sorry if this post offends you that's not my intention, simply to share the results of my recent surgery. 💜 Results so far from my breast revision/lift/reduction (and yes they're still swollen being only #7 days post surgery)! Top pic taken a couple weeks ago. Bottom pic taken today - 7daysPostOp Obesity is damaging! Obesity damaged my mind and that led to destroying my body and gaining so much weight my 5'6" frame struggled every second at 280 pounds! But after losing my mother to cancer and never once seeing her give up made me realize I had NO excuse to fight! I fought hard to regain my health , happiness and ultimately my LIFE! And then I was healed on the inside yet the outside of my body still haunted me daily with damaged skin on my lower tummy & boobs! In January 2013 I had a tummy tuck, abdominal wall repair & breast lift/augmentation. The first doctor that did my first breast reduction/lift/augmentation told me I'd most likely would need  to have my boobs redone in a couple years and unfortunately that was the case. So on March 14, 2016 (7 days ago) I had them re-done and am extremely pleased with the outcome so far. I recently (on March 14 - 7days ago) had a complete revision/relift/reduction and implant exchange. I also switched from saline implants to a textured silicone memory gel implant to have a better chance of my body creating scar tissue with the textured implants to hold up plus my new Dr (Dr Kaye Riolo of Fresno, CA) added extra stitching under the breast fold to prevent sagging. I can't thank her enough because I feel like now I can close my chapter on obesity and not let it haunt me anymore. I can focus my energies on the positive path ahead of me and helping others in any way that I can!! ❤️ Tanya LVNFIT.com #howilost134pounds #anewchapter #stillswolken #SurgeryAfterExtremeWeightloss #nomorebikerbabeboobs #movingforward #losingfat #surgery #recovery #health #plasticsurgery #healing #breastsurgery #breastlift #breastrevision #breastreduction #breastaug
