Here's the beautiful @_brittanynixon! "I got my implants 100% for myself. I felt like such a little girl and hated being in a bikini. Plus my breast were cone-shaped and I hated it. Definitely my number one insecurity. Had been wanting them for 10 years and just at a week post op I already feel so much more confident. So happy! I am 5'7" 140lbs 400ccs natrelle silicone unders preop 34B post op 34D. 😊😊"

Next: My first goal was to no longer weigh 280 pounds so that I could feel good and not be ashamed of myself and beat depression. My mother's death took a toll on me because I lost all control and tried so hard to eat my cares away, it didn't work I was left fat and miserable. I simply wanted to feel good and be happy again. I wanted to shop at normal clothing stores. I wanted to laugh, enjoy life and not feel so broken. I knew if I lost the weight the chances of having loose skin was there BUT I knew my health and life out weighed the effects of dramatic weight loss. So I set out on a mission to learn how to eat correctly, exercise right in order to lose fat and gain muscle through affective cardio and weight training. I accomplished my goals in losing the weight and doing so did in fact leave me with loose skin on my lower stomach as well as leaving my breast looking very disfigured and deflated. I thankfully was able to have a tummy tuck (including ab repair since I had a 4" tear which left my intestines without support). I also had a full key hole lift/reduction and implants to repair the damage losing 134 pounds left. Unfortunately my first breast surgery did not provide the outcome I was looking for as my body did not create the right amount of scar tissue to hold the implants up therefor I was left with again sagging boobs that did not match my new reclaimed body. It's devastating to work so hard when the outside doesn't quite match the inside. And I know some of you might take this wrong but the reality is I'm not looking to be a model that's clear I simply just wanted things to look normal not F-d up, something that is a risk with #extremeweightloss but after my recent revision/reduction/lift 9 weeks ago I'm closer to who I was before obesity and this makes me happy. I still have a ways to go to get back to where I was pre surgery/injuries but one thing I've learned throughout this rollercoaster journey is that it's NEVER perfect and if we wait for that perfect moment to actually be happy we may miss the very essence of what this life is about. It's a journey! Fight for what you want chase what matters!! 😎LVNFIT.com
